Precisely is a fast-growing SaaS startup operating in the legal technology space, offering a simple solution to a complex issue – contracts. By creating a single solution for all contract-related matters, we strive towards a future with less administration and more time for business.
We are currently looking for a customer support representative (hero) to join our team of 19 employees at our Gothenburg office. At Precisely, you will become an expert on how the platform works, its day-to-day usage, and helping our customers understand the features and benefits relating to their specific needs. Your primary responsibilities include responding to customer support inquiries and monitoring the incoming issues in our support channels (mainly chat).
You will also be assisting in debugging and testing features and reporting them to the Product team and QA Lead. You will assist our Head of Product and Product Marketer in building a world-class knowledge base with content such as training materials and FAQs.
In other words, you will be both the ears and mouth of our customers. To achieve this, you are required to operate our customer support channels for 40h per week and be our first point of contact. When solving issues, you will act as coordinator for the product team and the sales representatives.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position, you primarily need a service-minded approach. We expect you to be a highly motivated self-starter who is ready to dig into technical support tickets and genuinely wants to solve the issues our customers are facing.
To fit into our team, we believe that you are a humble and friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems. Previous experience in customer service (retail, telemarketing, or similar) is a huge advantage but not required. If you are tech-savvy and eager to improve your technical skills, you will fit right into our team.
What is absolutely critical for the position is excellently written communication skills. You must be able to grasp and explain complex issues in simple terms, as well as to adapt your tone to different users. Because of this, you must be fluent in English and preferably another language (perhaps Spanish?).
We know that you are out there! We will reach out to candidates and start the interview process after January 5th, so apply today!
This is a paid full-time position (40 hrs/week) at our Gothenburg office. We offer a highly collaborative work environment and benefits such as paid vacation, health benefits, and free refreshments!
