Precisely is a fast-growing SaaS company operating in the legal technology space, offering a simple solution to a complex issue – contracts. By creating a single solution for all contract-related matters, we strive towards a future with less administration and more time for business. 

Our newly built and growing Marketing team of 5 people is in charge of ensuring Precisely and its spokespeople are seen and heard in the right places, with the right messaging. This includes both paid and earned channels across a wide range of formats.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team of 39 professionals. You will help us succeed on our way to reaching our short and long term growth goals and building a well-oiled inbound machinery. 

You will work closely with different teams, especially sales, on establishing, improving, and developing our marketing processes, workflows and the stack of sales and marketing technology. We are looking for someone excited about building inbound campaigns and performing analysis on different data.

You are analytical and have experience in data driven ways of working and in digital and content marketing. In the big picture, you understand the importance of marketing in a way that engages, informs, and motivates. You are able to assess marketing ROIs in relation to goals.  

You will have the freedom to combine operations acumen and analytical skills to ensure we get the most value from our marketing function and customer journey processes.

What we are looking for in our first Marketing Operations Manager:


  • You will serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot sales and marketing and the stack of related technologies 
  • The ownership of planning and building our inbound campaigns 
  • Establishing our ways of working for lead nurturing workflows
  • Build, optimize, and document our marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices throughout the lead lifecycle
  • Help us develop the lead funnel analysis to ensure we understand the needed trends and can support the team to make data-driven decisions 
  • Helping us to build joint metrics, and build analytics in dashboards for marketing and sales


  • Analytical, an interest in technology and data
  • Experience in the world of technology and software, preferably in B2B
  • Willingness and capabilities to work independently towards your goals
  • Experience in creating processes and building them in sales and marketing automation tools (like Hubspot) 
  • An interest in technology and tools available for b2b marketing and sales
  • You are comfortable with multi-tasking, while still prioritizing your own work and bringing projects to conclusion.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills; ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including senior leaders
  • An understanding and interest in creating meaningful customer experiences 
  • Great to work with - positive, friendly and reliable

We put our people first. As of now, we are looking forward to spending time together in our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö and Helsinki again, while the current situation allows, but working remotely is also supported.
