As Customer Success Engineer at Precisely, you’ll be responsible for onboarding and training customers who need integrations set up between theirs and our system, resolving complex customer issues, working on processes to maximize efficiency, and ensuring exceptional support for our customers. You'll work within the Customer Success team but collaborate a lot with Product & Support to ensure a fantastic experience for both customers and internal teams.

If you have a keen eye for all aspects of a customer's needs and are willing to build creative solutions to scale customer operations, we’d like to meet you! 

What you will do:

  • Onboard and look after customers with more technical needs such as integrations
  • Be the go-to person in the CS team for advice on technical setup and questions related to integrations
  • Set up integrations between Precisely and the customer’s systems (knowledge in Zapier is very useful)
  • Be in charge of setting up SSO and Active Directory
  • Handle technical questions from customers related to for example the API

What you'll bring to the table / requirements:

  • Ability to write technical documentation
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, HTTP-based APIs is a huge advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Bash, Python, Javascript
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to pleasantly deal with a variety of people
