Currently, we are looking for an active listener, a problem solver, and a self-driven individual to help us support our fast-growing number of customers.


 What you will do:

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers and systematically track and address all customer questions and requests
  • Lead new customer onboardings working in close conjunction with Sales and Operations teams
  • Proactively drive improvements for the onboarding process to reduce the time to onboard and improve the customer experience
  • Proactively engage customers through regular touchpoints to deliver insights and help customers in using Precisely platform to its full potential
  • Document and systematically track all activities for accounts and deliver feedback from customers to relevant internal teams
  • Track indicators of customer churn and drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities

What you'll bring to the table/requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with customer-facing positions - previous experience in customer success is a huge advantage, but not required. If you are tech-savvy and eager to improve your technical skills, you will fit right in
  • Experience with CSM tools such as Custify is a huge advantage
  • Previous experience with software implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people

What you'll bring to the table/requirements: 

  • Fluency in German or Spanish, or any other language is a plus
