Precisely is looking for dynamic people to help us scale our automated contract management system. Based in central Gothenburg, this team helps customers succeed by delivering great account management, customer support and learning from our clients to shape our product vision as the best contract management partner. 

We are working with customers like Catena Media, NA-KD and Red Bull, and are now focusing on the European market.

We are looking for a sales leader who wants to come on board early and develop and iterate on a playbook for the full customer journey. You will report to our CEO and succeed together with marketing and business developers. We already have a great team in place, but short of cloning, it's time to hire both a leader and more riders!

  • You're excited by working on a small, collaborative team and recognize that success for any product is ultimately measured by the success of the customers. And naturally, a really good understanding of segmentation and personas.
  • Your secret answer to the question “What would you bring if you were stranded on an Island” is always a laptop with your CRM and your phone. 

We are looking for a Head of Sales who drives sales and client retention, and:

  • Enjoys owning full revenue responsibility, and selling through your highly engaged and motivated sales team.
  • Use great written and oral communication (in both Swedish and English) to answer client questions and push clients forward.
  • Have a proven track record developing playbooks at a previous SaaS- or software company. Here you will need to build your own playbook, own it, and use data to iterate and prove that it actually works.
  • Can pick a great salesperson from a line-up based on their inner motivation.
  • Have the grit and determination to build your own list of customers and make them into ambassadors for Precisely.
