Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance & Growth Focus)

We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to take the next step in their career and grow into a more strategic and integrated marketing role.
This is a hands-on role with real impact. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to how digital marketing connects to business outcomes, customer journeys, and overall marketing strategy.
About the role
You will own and optimize key digital channels while continuously developing your understanding of the full customer journey.
You will:
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Work with and improve website performance, structure, and conversion flows
Set up, manage, and optimize tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
Build and manage campaigns, workflows, and reporting in HubSpot
Analyze campaign and funnel performance and suggest improvements
Contribute insights on what works and what doesn’t
Collaborate closely with stakeholders on priorities and direction
You will also contribute to improving and maintaining our websites. While AI tools support parts of the content creation, you will ensure that structure, messaging, and user experience are aligned and optimized for conversion.
What we’re looking for
You have a strong foundation in digital marketing and are ready to grow further.
You likely have:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
Experience working with HubSpot or similar platforms
Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4
Experience working with or managing websites (CMS, structure, content updates)
A basic understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion
An interest in how marketing contributes to business results, not just activity
